Where do you ship from?
Depending on your shipping location, we ship from the United States or from Canada.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders typically take 3-7 business days depending on location. *Processing may be delayed during busy/promotional periods*. If your order is taking longer, please email us at email@example.com
Which carrier do you use for shipping?
USPS, Canada Post or Purolator.
What is your return policy?
We want to make your customer experience comfortable and risk free. If you would like to communicate with one of our customer service reps before making a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
- All refunds are credited against the original payment method
- All "on SALE" items are non-refundable/final
- Return Shipping is non-refundable and must include tracking
- Once the product is returned to us, we will immediately credit you the purchase price for the returned items. Please note that some credit card refunds take 5-7 days to show on your statement.
In Store Purchase
Products purchased in retail/store locations must be returned at that store according to their own return policy.
How do I return a product purchased online?
If your item was purchased online from MisturaBeauty.com, please follow these steps. If you have any questions about your return, do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
If you received your product within the last 30 days and you are not satisfied, you can return it for a refund.
To do so, please mail with tracking to:

Please include your Name, email or order ID and reason inside the package.
Once the product is returned, we will process the refund for the purchase amount of that item. Please note "on SALE" items are non refundable.
What do I do if my product arrives damaged?
Sorry about this, shipping accidents happen, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send a replacement.
