Mistura Beauty products are available across North America in select retail location and online retailers. Please visit our Where To Buy page  for more information. Orders can also be placed through our website.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept cheques and money orders in Canadian or US funds. Please note, orders will be shipped upon confirmation of payment.

All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post for a flat rate of $9.99 CDN. Shipments to Canadian Territories are shipped by Canada Post for a flat rate of $12.95 CDN

All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS for a flat rate of $9.95 CAD. Shipments to Canadian Territories are shipped for a flat rate of $12.95 CAD.All USA orders are shipped via Canada Post of UPS for a flat rate of $9.95 USD. A service fee of $25.00 USD is added to orders going to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

1-All refunds are credited against the original payment method

2-All sale items are non-refundable and final

3-Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable

4-You must use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns 

5-Once your product is returned to us, you will be immediately credited. Please note that some credit card refunds take a few days to show up!

Returning online: If your item was purchased online from Mistura Beauty, please follow these steps. If you have any questions about your return, do not hesitate to contact us at myorder@misturabeauty.com for instructions.

1-Please note that we DO NOT issue refunds for product purchased at any of our retail partners. For these returns, you must follow up with the store directly and follow the guidelines of their specific return police

2-Your purchase must have been made within the last 30 days.

3-Your product is in the original packaging (new or gently used).

4-You must have your transaction ID number ready.
